Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are not accepted once delivery is confirmed.

  • Exchanges are only allowed at the time of delivery.
    Customers must check the product in the presence of the delivery person.

  • Issues like wrong items or damages must be reported immediately to qualify for exchange.

  • If the customer accepts the parcel and the delivery agent leaves, the order is considered final.
